1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Pawsure Pets' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Pawsure Pets creates custom woven memorial blankets featuring your pet's portrait. Our products are:
- Made to Order: Each blanket is individually woven based on your uploaded photo and personalisation details
- Textile Interpretations: Products are woven textile representations, not photographic reproductions. Some detail softening is inherent to the jacquard weaving process
- Production Time: Standard production time is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation
- Non-Refundable Customisation: Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
3. Photo Requirements and Quality
To ensure the best possible result:
- Upload high-resolution photos (minimum 1000x1000 pixels recommended)
- Use photos with clear focus and good lighting
- Simple backgrounds work best for weaving clarity
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use uploaded photos
- We reserve the right to contact you if a photo is unsuitable for weaving
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Full payment is required at the time of order
- We accept major credit cards and debit cards
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the original price
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship Australia-wide and internationally:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (your responsibility)
6. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products:
- If your blanket has manufacturing defects, we will remake it at no charge
- If you are not satisfied with the weaving quality, contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We will work with you to either remake the product or provide a full refund
- Normal textile characteristics (slight colour variations, texture) are not considered defects
- To request a remake or refund, contact [email protected] with photos and your order number
7. Intellectual Property
By uploading photos and providing personalisation details:
- You grant us a licence to use the images solely for creating your ordered product
- You warrant that you own or have permission to use the uploaded photos
- We will not use your photos for marketing without your explicit written consent
- All website content, designs, and branding remain the property of Pawsure Pets
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Pawsure Pets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
